Heartfelt

The majestic wide open beach and sky inspires me to express the light, colors, textures, and atmosphere that I never tire to paint. I grew up on the Connecticut shore, lived in Boston, and Nantucket island for ten years. This painting was inspired this year in by my daily morning and evening walks during an isolating period of quiet joy. The ocean beach and marsh is home to me. I know it. I live it. I crave it.
