Patrician Woods

~ This tiny waterfall is along Blue River Pkwy near our home in Leawood, KS. I happened to see it when I was taking our golden, Rosie, for her early morning run by the soccer fields there. One lonely bird high up in the trees appeared to be looking at something and since it was around the time of the Blue Moon I decided to add a large Blue Moon going "down" in the western sky as the sun came "up"behind me in the east. The dogwood trees were the prettiest I'd ever seen and the whole landscape was lush from all the rain we'd had...a "feast" for the eyes and challenging to capture.
