I painted this scene in oils of one of my favorite places, Hopetown Harbor in Abaco Bahamas. This quaint island, which recently was destroyed by Hurricane Dorian, captured my heart many years ago. I continue to paint a collection of the island life of the beautiful people, the amazing lighting, the aqua water and charming, colorful, old cottages, with a portion of my sales going to help restore the island.
