I am so excited I got to paint these flowers before they died. I’d had them for several days and I knew I needed to start this painting or it was never going to happen. The morning after I painted this the roses were completely limp. I just loved the color of the roses and I really enjoyed this vintage still life setup. I especially loved painting all the reflections!
