You’re Invited

I went to Caesar’s Creek Pioneer Village here in Ohio and painted this plein air painting. There were log cabins from the early 1800s all over and what I just HAD to paint was this quaint garden behind one of those buildings. I loved how inviting it seemed and how healthy and wild all the spring plants were that grew inside.
