Mason Jar and Fresh Cut

Watercolor on paper painted from life, started with a light graphite sketch to lay out my composition and finished with watercolor washes. My intention with this piece was to convey a feeling while capturing the flowers hit by the light, and allowing the flowers in shadow to fall back.
