Painted in the Yampa Valley (famous for hay), Steamboat Springs, Colorado, "Hay Hay Hay" depicts a typical glorious Colorado day. The Steamboat Art Museum Plein Air Event featured this painting in its gallery show. Painting on location is one of my greatest pleasures and you can see why just by looking at the subject .
